My vision is to create a fully inclusive and accessible Society that engages and values our current members and volunteers, while welcoming new people to join us in preventing drowning, encouraging everyone to enjoy water safely and teaching vital life-saving skills. 

To extend our reach nationally by supporting areas where RLSS UK has limited presence and building partnerships that help everyone safely enjoy being in, on, and around water. 

Our qualifications will remain the gold standard, leading the way in lifeguarding, lifesaving, and water safety education. We will continue to explore new ideas, develop innovative awards, and ensure that our training reflects the evolving needs of the industry. 

We will grow and promote Lifesaving Sport as a vibrant and inclusive part of our movement—encouraging participation, recognising achievement, and inspiring young people to develop skills for life. 

Through strong national campaigns, we can help educate communities, empower volunteers, and celebrate those who go above and beyond in supporting our charitable aims. 

Together, we will ensure RLSS UK remains the go-to organisation for water safety, driven by passion, inclusion, and a shared commitment to saving lives.
