About the Partnership

Aiming to support continued career development for lifeguards and reduce talent loss from the sector, Future Fit Training has partnered with the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) to provide accessible, high-quality training that opens doors to long-term roles in fitness, wellbeing and leisure management.

Each year, RLSS UK qualifies over 40,000 lifeguards, but many remain in the role for only a short time, often viewing it as a temporary job. This partnership between Future Fit Training and RLSS UK, seeks to change that by helping lifeguards build on their existing skills and explore the wide range of opportunities available across the fitness and leisure sector.

Through flexible training, Future Fit Training is helping lifeguards take the next step in their professional journey.
