Emma joined RLSS UK at the start of 2026, bringing a wealth of experience in income generation, fundraising leadership, and strategic engagement across the charity sector. Prior to joining RLSS UK, she  was Director of Income Generation and External Engagement at Jessie May, a children’s hospice charity, and previously led national fundraising activity as Head of Income Generation at Air Ambulances UK.

Emma has also held several influential voluntary roles, including serving as President of the Bristol Junior Chamber (2024–2025), representing young professionals on the Business West Bristol Advisory Committee, and acting as a trustee for a young people’s mental health charity.

Emma brings broad expertise across income generation and engagement, spanning national partnerships, prize-led fundraising, and grassroots community fundraising. She has a strong track record of delivering sustainable, impact‑led income growth, driven by effective relationship‑building and long‑term engagement with supporters, partners, and communities.

Under Emma’s leadership, the Income Generation & Engagement Directorate will develop new income opportunities, strengthen supporter relationships, and expand RLSS UK’s reach through impactful campaigns and partnerships. Her team will play a key role in supporting RLSS UK’s strategic ambitions by driving sustainable growth and deepening engagement across the organisation’s diverse communities.
