Already Qualified?

If you hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), you can apply for one of our permanent or seasonal Lifeguard roles (subject to availability). You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team working together to keep our Subtropical Swimming Paradise a fun and safe place for everyone.

Looking to train as a Lifeguard?

If you're a strong swimmer and passionate about guest safety and experience, you could still apply – even if you don’t yet have your NPLQ.

Center Parcs offer a few different routes depending on availability at each village:

• Trainee Lifeguard opportunities (seasonal or permanent) may be available, where we’ll support you to gain your NPLQ
• Seasonal Lifeguard positions may be open to those willing to complete their qualification after joining
• Or, you can gain your NPLQ independently and apply for a qualified Lifeguard role when a suitable vacancy comes up

Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a swim test before progressing to the interview stage.
