Sarah joined RLSS UK as a Rookie lifeguard at the age of 8, almost nine and was the youngest Rookie master in Scotland and the youngest Survive and Save distinction holder in Scotland I have been part of lifesaving ever since. She is a qualified Rookie and NLA instructor and teaches Rookie with a local group. She is also a qualified lifeguard working in the local pools.

As a Youth Ambassador, she is keen to bring her passion for water safety and her dedication to promoting lifesaving activities to a new and younger audience, building resilience within communities.
