Course prerequisites

Candidates must meet the prerequisites for the course they are applying for, and qualifications must be held
at the time of the course being delivered and must be maintained.

Payment

Payment must be made before the commencement of the course. RLSS UK will process the payment, and purchase orders must be made payable to RLSS UK Enterprises Ltd and sent to [email protected]. They should include the candidate's name, the candidate's Society number (if known), the organisation name, the society number, and the course they are enrolling in.

Acceptance of Entry

RLSS UK will accept applications provided that all conditions are satisfied, the application is complete in every detail, and it is accompanied by the course fee. For full details of course prerequisites, please refer to the guidance for the course, which can be found here.

Cancellations

Upon receipt of your application, the RLSS UK or its representatives will commence arrangements to host the course. Should you need to cancel your place, you must do so at least 5 working days (Monday – Friday) prior to the course start date. The course fees will then be transferred. If cancelled within 5 working days, no refund will be given.

If a course is cancelled or postponed by the client who booked it within five working days, the client is responsible for covering any costs incurred as a result.

In the unlikely situation that RLSS UK has to cancel a course, we reserve the right to reschedule and transfer to a revised date. We will notify you within 10 working days (Monday to Friday). If this is the case, you will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course or receive a full refund of the course fees.

If the event/course cannot be rescheduled, RLSS UK will refund fees in full. Travel and accommodation costs incurred will remain the responsibility of the participant, and we advise you to consider appropriate travel insurance.

Attendance

Full attendance is required for all RLSS UK courses. In the instance of any lateness or absences, the course trainer must be advised as soon as possible and has the right to decline certification. In such cases, the course fee remains payable.
