We request details about yourself, including your name, contact details, and information about your fundraising event, as this information is necessary for administration and communication purposes. We carry out this processing under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where we have legitimate administrative purposes for collecting this data. We will not use the collected data for any other purpose, nor will we share it with any third parties. Information collected via this form is retained in line with our email retention of 5 years.
