Approved Training Centres and Providers (ATC/Ps), and Registered Venues have access to a FREE Online Training platform, which is available via the Approved Training Centre and Provider (ATC/P) or Registered Venue Account within RLSS UK Accounts. This platform monitors and manages lifeguards and first aiders’ ongoing training hours and provides an indication to line managers when RLSS UK qualifications of their staff are set to expire.

The system allows:

• NEW: Managers can view digital wall charts for different qualifications, e.g., NPLQ and NRASTC.  
• NEW: The ability to upload training registers to sessions for ease and auditing purposes.
• NEW: The ability to see multiple training dates in one month for an individual. 
• NEW: The ability to download comprehensive information on the training sessions the individual has attended by site or company-wide. 
• NEW: Downloadable CPD certificates for individual staff members*
• Managers to access real-time data on their team's RLSS UK qualifications.
• Managers tailored views of qualifications (from the wide range of RLSS UK qualifications, not just NPLQ).  
• Bespoke lesson plan uploads for customised training.
• Use of RLSS UK Lesson Plans trialled and tested by the industry.
• Access to RLSS UK certificates and training records (for those who have completed the RLSS UK training and are deemed competent).
• An indicator system for Managers highlighting when qualifications are due to expire and help manage their team’s qualifications statuses. 
• Managers to access and view the details of multiple sites.

To use the Online Training platform, simply log on to your Approved Training Centre and Provider (ATC/P) Account and click the Ongoing Training tab.
