Certificates awarded on behalf of RLSS UK may only be made to individuals, groups or organisations in the branch area who are not members of the society. They will have rendered valuable service to the Society. To register your nomination, we collect and process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the DPA18. We request your name, branch, email address, return address and postcode for administration and communication purposes. We collect the nominated individuals name/group/club and the reason for the nomination, to gain a better understanding of the nominee. This data collection is inline with UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where we have legitimate administration purposes for collecting the data. We will not use or share your data for any other purpose.
