RLSS UK aims to deliver high standards. We do this by providing all those involved with the delivery and assessment of our qualifications and awards the best possible service to enable you to cater for the needs of all learners. We will do this by ensuring our service is: Prompt - We will aim to respond to any form of communication within the timescales listed below: Acknowledge written correspondence within three working days The aim is to answer all telephone calls within 60 seconds Certification is typically issued immediately once results are correctly submitted through the RLSS UK Course Management System. This submission should occur within five working days following the assessment. However, there may be exceptions where an ATC/P does not hold Direct Claim Status with RLSS UK Qualifications. This just means additional checks may need to be completed by RLSS UK Qualifications before certification is released. If there is a delay in receiving a certificate, candidates should always contact their training provider in the first instance before speaking with RLSS UK.
